Nailed how grumpy they are, like AnnoyingOptionalBoss said. How profoundly mentally ill they are? Not so much.

Thank you! I once read from Adventure Time Wiki that Lemongrab might be autistic because of his impaired social interaction and bad communication skills. This actually made a lot of sense to me and is both really sad and hilarious at the same time.  But I agree with you that he seems really crazy sometimes too.

The question isn't "what brain problems does Lemongrab have" so much as "what brain problems doesn't Lemongrab have". Autism is just the tip of the iceberg.

ONE MILLION YEARS DUNGEON. Best Lemongrab gijinkas, I swear. He's just as grumpy and crotchety as he is in the show.

(also took a glimpse at some of your Hellsing sketches and by gadfrey, I'm already enticed.)

Wow! Thank you very much for liking and favouriting this. Iīm so happy to hear that you approve these gijinkas, thereīs so many different versions out there that I was unsure about my versions. Thank you!

:highfive: Thank you again! Oh yessss, Hellsing has been my long-time fandom, and Iīve done fanarts of it for almost ten years. Of course most of them are so old I donīt even dare to look at them myself. XD (Should make some new arts.)

True, but I'm just not seeing the same level of irritability from them. This one is just brimming with it and that's exactly what ought to be. It was a treat; I can't lie!

But yees. I think I got into Hellsing more recently than other people, but for what it is, it's an amazingly well thought out series. Despite being, well... Dracula vs. Nazis, it makes a good effort to define humans and monsters while criticizing human weaknesses while praising human strength. It's impressive! And Herr Major makes for one of my absolute favorite villains.

I agree with you about the irritability, I usually see gijinkas that are too handsome or out of character. They seem nothing like the original. Unacceptable! Lemongrab should act like a lemon.

Indeed! The series could have been something really ridiculous without Hiranoīs carefull thought for the characters and themes. Not many people can get something like that out of Dracula vs. Nazis. Of course the series is great entertainmet too and has awesome climaxes in battles that make your imagination race. The villains are the best.

Yeah. Gots to be more sour. like, handsome is fine. Your Lemongrab (nose aside bahah) isn't necessarily ugly. But he has that foul disposition that suits him extraordinarily. This was a big success.

Plus Alucard was super overpowered. The villains are intentionally weaker than he is, but he was still beaten as far as the Zeppelin Incident goes. Only temporarily, of course. I don't know. I feel like the villains were in the shoes of the protagonist this time... challenging greatest adversity again and again to triumph in the end. What I'm saying is that the Major is totally an RPG hero. It was really well done in a lot of places and for what it's worth, Hirano treats his characters with a decent amount of respect. I mean, he drew porn before this.

It's refreshing and I liked seeing that in the end, Integra and Seras were the true protagonists. As much presence as Alucard has, he was always bound to Integra's will even if he played Mephistopheles. In the end, the humans were really the ones to slay the monster.

Well "handsome" might have been too manly word to describe the fanart I meant earlier, nothing wrong with handsome. :D sometimes Lemongrab is drawn more like a pretty bishie, and thatīs what I dislike. I agree with you that my version isnīt ugly looking, but quite handsome on my standards. Frown on anyoneīs face makes the person always less attractive, and it suits lemons indeed. Thank you again, itīs so nice talking with you! :)

Yes, Hirano treats his villains very well and appreciates them, we can see his love for the Major very clearly. Hirano also gives loads of screentime for the villains, showing them planning their tactics etc. This gives you the feel that theyīre also important characters and comparable to protagonists.
(Iīve seen the porn also.)

True, although Alucard was overpower creature, he was weak.
